COVID-19 Policies

If you’ve been sick and have any symptoms or around someone who has been sick, you must reschedule your appointment.

 

Use of masks will be required. If you’ve had a facial and need a clean mask, please let us know.

Please only bring the essentials with you to your appointment (keys, wallet, phone).

 

There are sanitizing stations in the reception area, treatment rooms and bathrooms for your use.

 

No other guests or children will be allowed to enter. No exceptions.

 

Additional time will be scheduled in between clients to allow for proper disinfection of all surfaces, implements and high touch areas.

For this reason, the late policy is strictly enforced. Showing up on time will allow us to operate more fluidly and will minimize delay for any subsequent clients.

 

Electronic payments are appreciated.

 

We operate by appointment only. We are currently not accepting walk-ins.

 

Please ask for assistance in the reception area when using the product testers or picking a product you would like to purchase. Samples can be provided upon request. 

You may purchase products online, select curbside pickup or opt for shipping (standard shipping rates apply).

 

***COVID-19 Policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Upon your arrival, if any of these policies are not respected, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and be considered a same day cancellation. In accordance with our cancellation policy, same day cancellations will be charged a penalty of 100% of the value of the service.

 

In an effort to comply with the guidelines set out by the CDC, BC Ministry of Health, Vancouver Coastal Health and WorkSafe BC, all staff members are screened on a daily basis, wash their hands before and after every service and are required to use PPEs (nitrile gloves and masks). Face shields are used for services that require the client to remove their masks.
