Where are you located?

We are located at the Continental Plaza inside Crest & Crown Lash and Beauty Bar, on the outside perimeter of the plaza facing Cambie Road.

 

Scheduling an Appointment

We strongly encourage the use of our online booking. If you get our voicemail during business hours, often times, it means we are in the treatment room with our clients. We strive to make sure our clients receive excellent and undisturbed services each and every time.

PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, will be charged a 50% penalty. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a 100% penalty.

Gift Certificates/Vouchers will be VOIDED if you no show or if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

 

Late Policy

The time in which you book is reserved just for you so we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to maximize every last minute of your scheduled time.

Should you arrive late, we will adjust the time of your treatment accordingly and charge full price of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will rebook your appointment so not to inconvenience other clients. 

 

What brands do you carry?

Our primary skincare lines are G.M.Collin and GMC Medical. Both lines have an integrated approach to skin health with active ingredients clinically proven to prevent, treat and protect the skin.

Our body line is YonKa Paris. Beautifully formulated with plants, botanicals and essential oils derived from different corners of the world, YonKa is an absolute treat for the senses.

Our mineral makeup line is Glo Skin Beauty. This award winning, triple milled, skin nourishing, mineral makeup formulation contains a proprietary blend of Vitamins A, C, E and green tea extract, giving you ultimate protection, even and continuous coverage that enhances your natural beauty and lasts. Glo is talc-free, cruelty free and paraben free.

 

Before coming in for a facial

Prior to any facial treatment, please discontinue the use of:
– prescription topical retinoids for at least 2 weeks
– acne medication (i.e. Accutane, Isotretinoin, etc) for a minimum of 6 months
– antibiotics (i.e. Clyndamycin) for a minimum of 30 days

 

Before coming in for a wax

– Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks of hair growth
– Discontinue the use of any topical retinoids for at least 2 weeks

– To avoid product cross contamination, we cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
