COVID-19 Policies

All clients will be required to fill out a COVID-19 Screening Form prior to EACH visit.

 

If you’ve been sick, around someone who has been sick or travelled in the last 14 days, you must reschedule your appointment. This includes domestic and international travel via air.

 

Use of masks will be required. You may bring your own or purchase one in store for $2. Limit one per person.

Touchless temperature checks will be done on every client upon arrival.

 

Please only bring the essentials with you to your appointment (keys, wallet, phone). Please leave your jacket, scarves, etc in your vehicle if possible. A single-use plastic garment bag will be provided if needed.

 

Wash or sanitize your hands before and after the service.

 

There will no longer be a waiting area. Please wait outside or in your vehicle until you receive a phone call or text message.

 

***The bathroom will no longer be available to clients.

 

No other guests or children will be allowed to enter. No exceptions.

 

Additional time will be scheduled in between clients to allow for proper disinfection of all surfaces, implements and high touch areas.

For this reason, the late policy is strictly enforced. Showing up on time will allow us to operate more fluidly and will minimize delay for our clients.

 

At this time, we will only be accepting electronic payments.

 

We will only be operating by appointment only. For safety purposes, absolutely no walk-ins will be accepted.

 

All testers will be removed from the reception area. Samples can be provided upon request. Please ask for assistance when picking a product you would like to purchase.

You may purchase products online, schedule a time for curbside pickup or opt for free contactless delivery in the Greater Vancouver area (Tuesdays only).

 

***COVID-19 Policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Upon your arrival, if any of these policies are not respected, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and be considered a same day cancellation. In accordance with our cancellation policy, same day cancellations will be charged a penalty of 100% of the value of the service.

 

At this time, we will temporarily be implementing a $5 surcharge to offset the additional premium costs in supplies and additional time required to properly sanitize the treatment room.
