Scheduling an appointment

We strongly encourage the use of our online booking. If you get our voicemail during business hours, often times, it means we are in the treatment room with our clients. We strive to make sure our clients receive excellent and undisturbed services each and every time.

 

***By scheduling an appointment online or by phone, you agree to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.***

 

PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.

 

Late cancellations, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, will be charged a penalty of 50% of the value of the service. Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a penalty of 100% of the value of the service.

 

Gift Certificates/Vouchers will be VOIDED if you no show or if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.

Late Policy

The time in which you book is reserved just for you so we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to maximize every last minute of your scheduled time.

 

Should you arrive late, we will adjust the time of your treatment accordingly and charge full price of the service. If you are more than 5 minutes late for waxing and laser hair removal services or 10 minutes late for facial and advanced treatment services, we will rebook your appointment so not to inconvenience other clients. Furthermore, your appointment will be considered a same day cancellation and, as per our cancellation policy above, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the value of the service.

Before coming in for a wax

  • Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks of hair growth

  • Discontinue the use of any topical retinoids, antibiotics or steroid creams for at least 2 weeks

Before coming in for a facial

Prior to any facial treatment, please discontinue the use of:

  • prescription topical retinoids for at least 2 weeks
  •  acne medication (i.e. Accutane, Isotretinoin, etc) for a minimum of 6 months
  • antibiotics (i.e. Clyndamycin) for a minimum of 30 days

Return / Refund / Exchange policy

  • All sales are final
  • To avoid product cross contamination, we cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
