Meet Caroline Crochet
Founder, Clinical Skin Specialist, Educator. Caroline has dedicated her life to skin health—with equal parts precision, purpose, and heart. With a background in nursing and clinical aesthetics, she brings a deep understanding of the science behind skin, alongside a passion for creating meaningful, results-driven care. Caroline has taught facials and waxing at Vancouver’s renowned Blanche Macdonald Centre, mentoring estheticians who now work across the industry. But her passion isn’t just technical—it’s deeply personal. She grew up spending summers between France and Tahiti, where early memories of swimming in the ocean, village markets, and the scent of tiare flowers instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for natural beauty, ritual, and simplicity. These experiences shaped her belief that skincare is not just about treatments—it’s about trust, consistency, and the small daily practices that help us feel truly seen. With La Cachette—which means “the little hiding place” in French—Caroline has created more than a clinic. She’s built a warm, welcoming space where clinical skincare meets calm, and where every detail is designed to help you feel at home in your skin.
