Booking Your Appointment

We strongly encourage using our online booking system to view availability and reserve your treatments. If you call and reach our voicemail during business hours, we are likely in session and giving another client our full attention.To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. No exceptions.

Pre & Post Treatment Guidelines

We want you to get the best results possible from your treatment. Please review these guidelines for a safe and effective experience.

Waxing
  • Allow 3–4 weeks of hair growth (1/4 inch)
  • Avoid retinoids, antibiotics, acids 7–14 days before
  • No tanning or exfoliating 48 hours before and after
  • Avoid exercise, pools, intimacy for 24 hours post-wax
  • Exfoliate every other day after 48 hours and hydrate the area
Facials
  • Discontinue retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, acne medication 7 days before
  • Avoid waxing/threading/injections 1 week before and after
  • No steam, saunas, or hot tubs for 48 hours after
  • Do not pick at flaking or peeling skin
  • Avoid tanning or sun exposure pre/post treatment
RF Microneedling & Laser Treatments
  • Avoid tanning, retinoids, acids, and waxing 7–14 days before and after
  • Use a clean pillowcase after treatment
  • Do not apply makeup for 24 hours
  • Follow your homecare plan closely for best results

Late Policy

We ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and maximize your treatment time. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened accordingly to avoid impacting the next guest. You’ll still be charged the full service fee. If you’re more than 5 minutes late for waxing/laser, or 10 minutes late for facials/advanced treatments, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you booked using a gift certificate, it will be considered void in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. We appreciate your understanding—our time is carefully reserved for you.

Financing Options for Advanced Treatments

We understand that advanced skincare is an investment—and we want it to be accessible. We offer financing for select advanced treatments, including Secret RF, Laser Genesis, and customized laser facials.
